I had ombré eyebrows done by Lois and she is a miracle worker! From the very first consultation she made me feel comfortable and fully explained everything to me so I knew what the process would be and the healing etc. We discussed exactly what I wanted so I felt comfortable with the whole process. She could tell I was a little nervous when I came back for my appointment and she reassured me and took lots of time mapping my eyebrows out and making sure I was happy with the shape before starting. Her attention to detail was amazing, showing she really cares about getting the perfect result for you. The results are unbelievable, before I had no real eyebrows (from over plucking when I was younger) and had spent most of my life drawing them on every day! Now my brows look so natural and Lois made sure they are perfectly shaped for my face. It’s made such a difference to my everyday routine meaning I don’t have to spend time drawing them on and trying to make them even and match! It has been life-changing, I don’t have to worry about them rubbing off or smudging them. I honestly wish I had done it years ago. I cannot recommend Lois enough, getting semi-permanent makeup can be daunting but you are in the safest hands with Lois.
