    My first lymphatic drainage massage after having my baby, and the results were amazing! Sophie was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As I was only 3 weeks postpartum, I was completely guided by her on what my body would benefit from most, and I felt so comfortable and cared for throughout. I left feeling absolutely amazing and so much lighter. I would highly recommend Sophie to anyone, especially new mums looking for a little bit of self-care after birth! 🤍
