This was my first sports massage at Armstrong. Ellyse is very professional, knows what she is doing. She worked on so many tight areas which has absolutely alleviated pains. I'm looking forward to my 2nd massage. Thank you so much.

Good massage excellent service. Left the heat lamp on a little to long found i had a couple of heat blisters

My pain issues were understood and the worst areas concentrated on to provide relief and aid mobility. Will be visiting again as the massage has definitely been beneficial
