I genuinely cannot recommend Thanyia Aesthetics enough. After having Lipo 360, I quickly realised that post-op care is just as important as the surgery itself, and having the right support during recovery can make such a huge difference. I booked a course of 10 post-op care sessions with Thanyia, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my recovery. With Thanyia, you are not simply paying for a post-op manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) treatment; you are receiving a complete post-op care service. She goes far beyond the treatment itself. She advised me on the products and items I needed throughout my recovery, helped me put my faja on correctly, and has always been available whenever I needed advice or reassurance. One of the biggest things I wish I had understood before surgery was just how important it is to have the correct Stage 1 faja from the beginning. The garment you are given after surgery may not always be the best fit for your individual body, procedure and stage of recovery. Having someone knowledgeable check the fit, sizing and compression can make such a difference. One thing I would also recommend is buying an additional Stage 1 faja. Having a second suitable garment is extremely helpful, especially when one needs to be washed, and it gives you another option if the garment provided after surgery is not the best fit for your individual body. Thanyia has been incredible when it comes to faja suitability. She explained what I should be looking for and later helped me order my Stage 2 faja, making sure that the measurements, sizing and areas requiring compression were properly considered based on my individual body shape and surgery. The difference has been incredible. It is honestly one of the best purchases I have made throughout my recovery and has really helped me feel more supported and confident in my progress. My biggest piece of advice to anyone having cosmetic surgery is not to underestimate the importance of your compression garments. Make sure you have the correct Stage 1 faja and, when the time is right, the correct Stage 2 faja. I also would not recommend simply buying a cheap faja from a random website just to save money. Your compression garment is an important part of your recovery, and choosing the wrong one may affect your comfort, compression and overall recovery experience. Thanyia takes the time to make sure you are getting something suitable for your specific body rather than simply recommending a generic faja. She has also supported me throughout the recovery process mentally and emotionally. Recovery can be difficult, uncomfortable and frustrating, and she has motivated me when I felt discouraged, reassured me whenever I had concerns and encouraged me throughout the process. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to see them achieve the best possible recovery and results. Her communication is excellent. She is trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. My advice is to listen to Thanyia and take her recommendations seriously. She has a wealth of knowledge in post-op care, and I have personally benefited from that knowledge. If you are looking for cosmetic surgery aftercare, post-op lymphatic drainage and genuine support throughout your recovery in Cambridge and the surrounding areas, I would highly recommend Thanyia Aesthetics. Thanyia is not simply providing a massage; she provides a complete post-operative care service, and for me, the 10-session post-op care course has made a huge difference to my recovery. Easily the best post-op care provider I could have chosen. Highly recommend.
