I'm a first timer and was naturally abit apprehensive, I was very clear about the look i didn't want, but didn't really know what i needed. Billie listens really well and takes lots of time to understand and has a knack of knowing exactly what was needed and how to get the best for me without giving me that overdone look. The clinic is lovely and welcoming. Billie is so gentle and reassuring with the actual procedure. Couldn't feel more safe. I'm thrilled with my results, my face looks much fresher and my neck is much improved. Can't recommend her highly enough.
