I am extremely satisfied with the service. Although I haven’t had my touch-up yet and haven't seen the final result, the overall experience has been wonderful. Natasza is absolutely priceless – she is incredibly friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her support was invaluable. ​The atmosphere is lovely and very calm. I was quite nervous about the procedure, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary. Natasza is very well-organized and professional. While a bit of discomfort is unavoidable, she has a very steady hand and does everything with great care. She doesn't rush at all, which made me feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend her!
