Unfortunately, as lovely as the facialist was, I wouldn't return - she asked zero questions about my skin concerns and didn't even assess my skin when she started the treatment, nothing was done to personalise the facial at all. Zero explanation of the products she was using until I asked, the facial didn't feel thorough at all and one of the machines (electrolysis) was set so high when it first touched my face that it made me recoil in pain twice. A true hydrafacial is a medical grade treatment designed to deeply infuse and hydrate the skin beyond the surface and deliver nutrient dense serums / peptides. I usually leave hydrafacials with plump, hydrated, glowy skin. Unfortunately I didn't experience this after my appointment. Lovely, lovely woman but the facial is not something I would pay for again as it's not a true hydrafacial.
