As it was the very fist experience for me having Botox. I was made to feel very relaxed and I am very pleased with the outcome. My droopy eyes lids was more my concern, more than fine lines. The treatment has worked very well. My ear piercing also very quick and painless and I have not had any issues since. Thank you Lorraine
