This was my first experience having Lip Filler and Skin Boosters and whilst excited for the end result I was quiet nervous for the treatment itself.
Charlotte was very professional but also very empathetic to my nerves and shared her own experiences which I felt put my mind at ease. She explained each procedure before we went ahead but also explained each step in real time whilst doing the treatment itself. Charlotte also set my expectations early on by discussing my goals for possible end results as well as how the treatments may feel, which again I found really helpful. Throughout each treatment Charlotte ensured I was ready for the next step and made sure I too felt ok, she took her time with each step to ensure we got as close as possible to my end goal, of which we did!
I am over the moon with my Lip Filler and excited to see the skin booster work its magic too. Charlotte was really friendly, informative and professional. I recommend her to anyone looks for aesthetic treatments and shall be returning myself in the near future.
