Excellent treatment and impressed wit the result .

I had a microdermabrasion facial here and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I had trouble finding the salon and called Nosheen for directions. Because of this, I arrived only 6 minutes late. During the call, I was told that if I was 15 minutes late I would have to pay extra, which made me feel unwelcome before my appointment had even started. During the facial, I felt that excessive pressure was being applied to my face. After the treatment, I was left with a red mark on my cheek that was not there before. The mark is still visible, contacted nosheen she said apply sudocrem and it will go away after a few days. I am very unhappy about it. A facial treatment should improve the condition of your skin, not leave you with a lasting mark. Overall, I was disappointed with both the customer service and the treatment itself. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this salon.
