Hannah is friendly and amazing with my 15 year old. She took time to ask a lot of questions about the area and general health. She explained how the treatment would work and what happens next. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. After the treatment, she followed up with me and requested pictures so she could assess if further treatment would be required. Very reasonable priced and in a convenient location in Loughton. Would highly recommend.
