She immediately put me at ease, and the whole appointment was so relaxed. The Korean lash lift is absolutely amazing, I couldn’t be happier with the results! Time flew by because we chatted non-stop, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. As an added bonus, Gem also gave me a lovely eyelash serum to help strengthen my lashes, especially as menopause has affected them. It was such a thoughtful touch and really shows how much she cares about her clients. I honestly can’t recommend Gem enough. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending her to everyone I know!
