I explored a number of practitioners asking questions about the pens they use, the procedure and Ruth was the only one that replied in detail, asking me questions back about what I was looking for. She was very open to my concerns and after a couple of days of questions, she invited me to have consult face to face. Ruth was very open to listening and Ive since booked and had my first treatment. Highly recommend if, like me, you know what you want and dont want from your treatment.
