Karen is amazing, initially I was nervous as totally new to the world of Asthetics - this was now 2 years ago. Going to Karen is now like catching up with an old friend. She is so knowledgable about skin, she is professional, caring , friendly and the difference to my skin and neck is incredible. I feel pampered and looked after, totally in safe hands.
