Sophie is an excellent aesthetician. She is very patient and explained the whole process, even showing the different stages in a mirror. This treatment is not for the faint hearted, it is painful but Sophie is very gentle and constantly checked how I was coping and able to continue. I wanted a very natural result and friends haven't even noticed I've had anything done. Exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you.
