I get B12 injections from NHS every 12 weeks but it's not enough as I feel the effects of low B12 after 8 weeks. I got the double dose of B12 a couple of weeks ago and it's honestly the best thing I have done in a long time! It's taken away my breathlessness, pins and needles and fatigue and other symptoms have reduced. I would 100% recommend this service and would highly recommend going for the double dose! So many symptoms you don't realise are low B12 until you get the injection and feel the difference!
