My appointment with Sam was professional and friendly from start to finish. Sam took plenty of time to explain what would happen and answered all my questions. I am really pleased with how my eyebrows look, and felt confident to take care of them for the best results, I'm looking forward to the top up appointment in a few weeks to finish off.
