I had such a great experience with Sophie and couldn’t recommend her more highly. From the moment I arrived, her professionalism really stood out. She clearly has a huge amount of knowledge and experience, and she took the time to explain everything so I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. She talked me through the colour choices and was as excited as I was about picking them and mixing them! Her communication was amazing from start to finish. she checked in regularly whilst doing it and told me ‘well done’ when the sensitive areas were being worked on this was all so reassuring and lovely! Sophie talked me through each step, and made sure I was happy the whole way through. She was also incredibly generous with the numbing cream, which made the treatment so much more comfortable than I expected! Sophie is warm, reassuring and clearly passionate about what she does.
