Roots In Wellness (Saturday Only)

A massage with Rob is a complete experience! The beautiful space, tranquil atmosphere and his calm, friendly presence makes it easy to relax and you feel completely nurtured and cared for throughout. Rob takes the time to gently settle you in, beginning with guided breathing and centering that helps you connect with yourself before the massage even begins. There’s genuine attention to detail in everything he does! Rob invites you to slow down and unwind and approaches his work with intention and compassion, holding the space for you. Overall, it’s a deeply nurturing experience that goes beyond just a massage. Highly recommended for anyone looking to feel grounded, cared for, and physically restored. Thank you Rob!!
