I recently had Lumi Eyes done by Louise at Retreat & Glow and had a really lovely experience. Louise was so friendly and welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the start.
She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything properly, answering any questions I had and making sure I felt comfortable before going ahead with the treatment. It's clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does.
The treatment itself was quick and professional, and I'm really pleased with the results so far. I'm actually returning for Botox today, which says it all really! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Louise to anyone looking for aesthetic treatments.
