This was a new treatment that I hadn't had before so was a but unsure what to expect but Loiuse was very professional & put me feel comfortable immediately, she took time to explain everything really clearly & continued to do so throughout the appointment, aftercare & what to exoect in the following days was also explained really well. I would definitely return for different treatments as all the staff I came into contact with where just as friendly & professional
