Refined Face Clinic

Attended the appointment with my mum to a very cold flat, cold in temperature and atmosphere. A very clinical feeling. Firstly, Tara forgot to order the skin boosters which was half the treatment, already off to a bad start. Had the treatment and had bloody faces, blood dripping from everywhere and we weren’t even cleaned off. I asked for wipes and was given toilet wipes. Speaking of the toilet, the bathroom was a disgrace. Absolutely filthy, as you stand up from the toilet, Tara’s bra was hanging off the door right in line of my face. The bathroom was covered in thick dust and dirt. Insane that this is what she thinks is acceptable for customers. came back in 2 weeks. After having the skin boosters both me and my mum had huge deep bruises under our eyes. My mum and I didn’t see any results from the Botox and I explained this to Tara. Not once was we offered a top up, or a review. Just said I paid model prices so nothing can be done. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody. The atmosphere was awful! The location was awful! The outcome was awful! We were clearly her first customers.

I havent yet had the procedure however the aesthetician has been very helpful very communicative and has me feeling really reassured such a kind , supportive & patient aesthetician
