Jodie was a star! She walked me through the process and made sure I was fully aware of all of the risks, side effects and complications that may come from the procedure. Even after signing all of the relevant medical waivers she still took the time to go through this in person also - even though it may potentially scare customers away - she cares more about your health & safety and her company reputation than the money she will be making from you and will not proceed unless you are entirely happy & confident. The previous place I went to encourage you to rush through the forms as quick as possible and just want to take your money and get you out of the door - Jodie does not give this impression whatsoever, she puts you at ease straight away and throughout the whole process. The aftercare instructions are clear and detailed, you can tell that Jodie genuinely has a passion for this industry and this presents in the work that she has done to ensure her customers leave feeling great about themselves. The studio was very clean and tidy, would definitely recommend and will be going back!
