I, like most people, don't spend much time just simply focusing on my own wellbeing. So this was very much about that. I was immediately put at ease and chatted through what to expect with Michelle. I had a wonderful and relaxing treatment from start to finish. The bed and overall positioning was really comfortable, I could easily have 'drifted off'.
