Heidi was professional and made me feel comfortable straight away, she took the time to listen and talk about the placement of my tattoos and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. My tattoos turned out beautiful and how I imagined them to look. Heidi gave aftercare tips and even messaged to see how the healing process was going several times which I appreciated.
