Faultless! I so love going to see Jo for my manicure and polish, she's not just a technician she's become a friend. Her work is flawless she's so professional, and advises what would look great taking skin tone into account etc. Since first seeing Jo I've moved house, I'm 40 minutes away from the salon, but I simply wouldn't trust or want anyone else to look after me the way Jo does..she's amazing!
