Pampered by Penny

When I arrived Penny was very friendly and showed me to her beauty room. I told Penny my nails were very soft and bent easily. She explained what she was going to do and best products to use for them. We had a lovely chat while she did my nails. She explained about the after care of my nails and gave me a little package which contained some cuticle oil and nail files, which I thought was really sweet. I did have some issues with my nails and explained to Penny what had happened, she asked me to come round so she could fix them, removing the old product on my nails and using a different technique to sort it out. Overall I can't fault what Penny did, she was very friendly and helpful with how to look after my nails. Thank you.
