Amy is amazing! I was so nervous about having the microneedling done, as I've never had any treatment like this done. Amy took her time explaining everything I needed know, constantly asking if I was ok with it. Throughout the procedure she talked me through step by step. Explaining what serums and lotions were being applied and why.
I felt very relaxed and at ease during the procedure and reassured about the process. Amy followed up with me later that day and two days later to check in.
I am now looking forward to the next three sessions.
