I was very nervous about the procedure but Kaye was very reassuring and thorough with everything and took the time to explain. It was virtually painless and I actually fell asleep! I'm really happy with the results so far and have another appointment in 6 weeks for the rest of the procedure. Would definitely recommend Kaye as she knows her stuff x
