Jill has honestly been so lovely throughout the whole process. From the first conversation, she’s been incredibly kind, supportive and reassuring with all my worries and questions. She’s so knowledgeable and educated in what she does, but also really listens and understands exactly what you’re wanting rather than pushing anything unnecessary.
