I've been having aesthetics treatments for 4-5 years and in that time, I have tried 6 different clinics, Mel's being the 6th and she is absolutely the loveliest, most caring, and most professional of them all. She cares so much about her patients, their safety, abiding by the highest standards, and she treats us with dignity and understanding. She is kind and gentle, while being very knowledgeable and excellent in her field. I'm delighted with my Botox which was carried out in a calming and professional setting, and which gave me excellent results - thank you Mel! I am absolutely thrilled to have found her.
