Student nurse, with 10 years experience working in a patient facing setting at the Nottingham university hospitals. I have 3-4 years experience of cannulation, venipuncture, ultrasound guided cannulation. I’m 1 year into my studies and still work at the hospital as a bank/agency member to keep my skills up. I’m very competent and skilled in my roll. I support registrars, and nursing staff across every ward with the out of hours service. Attending cardiac arrest and medical emergencies where my skills and knowledge are put to the test.
