I felt so nervous about having my lips done after my previous experience with another practitioner, where all of my filler had ended up sitting in the border of my lips. After talking everything through with Nicola and discussing all the different aspects and advice, I felt so much more reassured. The procedure was completely different this time, and I’m honestly so happy with the result. What really stood out to me was the aftercare too. Even after my appointment, I received an email with detailed care and advice, which is something I’ve never experienced with any other aesthetics practitioner. I genuinely can’t recommend Nicola enough. From the consultation to the procedure and aftercare, I felt completely looked after. I would never go anywhere else now, can’t recommend Nicola enough she is amazing!!

I’m not happy with the results of my Botox and filler treatment. I had Botox hoping for a noticeable brow lift, but unfortunately I can’t see any lift in my eyebrows. I’m also not happy with my filler results, as there are noticeable uneven areas and the filler looks quite high in some places and low in others. I’m disappointed with the overall result and would appreciate it if this could be looked at and addressed.
