I had a really good experience with Nicole where we had a discussion about what’s best for my lips and realistically told me that I may need to come back for a top up to achieve my results. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable straight away. She let me wear the numbing cream as long as I wanted as I wanted to be completely numb. The results were amazing, I left feeling happy and went to show all my friends and family after. Definitely going to come back.
