I’ve had my first of three planned RF microneedling treatments (non-surgical facelift), and I’m already amazed by the results! Numbing cream is applied beforehand, so the procedure isn’t too painful. Afterwards, my face felt hot and looked quite red. For a few days, my skin was very dry and needed plenty of moisturising. Tiny marks from the needles were also slightly visible. But gradually, my skin has started to feel firmer, tighter and more elastic. I’m genuinely amazed - I really didn’t expect to see results so quickly! I highly recommend this treatment for mature skin that’s starting to lose firmness. Natalie is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

I’ve had two out of three planned polynucleotide treatments under my eyes with Natalie. I was a bit nervous at first because the injections are so close to the eyes, but Natalie reassured me, showed me the tiny needle and even gave me stress balls to hold! Numbing cream is applied beforehand, so the discomfort is minimal. The area doesn’t look particularly pretty immediately after the treatment or the next day, but it’s nothing to worry about. The results are gradual and cumulative, so it’s still too early for me to judge the final effect. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience. I especially appreciate that Natalie always checks in afterwards to see how my recovery is going. Such a caring and professional specialist!

I had Botox in three areas with Natalie, and she was excellent! She explained everything clearly, showed me the product she was using, and gave me a sticker with the product name and batch number. The injections were almost painless, and I had no bruising or other side effects. Highly recommend!
