Given the incorrect address minutes before my appointment time. As I arrived at new address another text received asking me about my medical history, I had filled the medical and consent forms several weeks prior to this. When I finally arrived and spoke to the seller she said she couldn’t complete any treatment that day until she’d checked her insurance! Wasted time, fuel, energy!
