Being a lady in my 50s with a thinner upper lip on one side than the other due to Bellspalsy, I was absolutely delighted with the results. Ive had profhilo in other places and always felt it was an uncomfortable procedure.. but Jemma seems to be able to calm you down and is so gentle. She talks tou through everything and before you know it its done with very little discomfort. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!
