I recently had a 90-minute Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment with Dr Lauren and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The setting in Cheshire is beautiful and instantly makes you feel relaxed. Dr Lauren was warm, friendly and professional, taking the time to explain what she was doing throughout the treatment so I felt completely at ease. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I genuinely felt amazing afterwards; lighter, calmer and with a real sense of wellbeing. It’s difficult to put into words just how good I felt post-treatment! I can honestly say it was one of the most beneficial treatments I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be booking again.
