Had a terrible experience here! I had my lashes done here which felt rushed and had to remove them within two days due to a severe reaction. The synthetic lashes were constantly poking my eyes, causing swelling and significant discomfort. I contacted Farhana to explain what happened and received no response or apology regarding the discomfort I experienced. Very unprofessional, lack of accountability and poor aftercare. Would not recommend!

Lashes started falling out after 2 days.
Didn’t want an infill due to quality /dropping out/unsattisfied. told they’d be good for 2-3 weeks. Wouldn’t offer partial refund - wouldn’t use again and wouldn’t recommend.
