I visited this practitioner for lip fillers for the first time and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. As a first-time client, I expected reassurance, guidance, and professionalism throughout the process — but this wasn’t the case. After the treatment, I developed a fever a few days later. I reached out to her to check if it might be related to the procedure, since I had no prior experience with fillers. Rather than reassuring me or explaining possible after-effects, her response was dismissive and rude, insisting it had “nothing to do” with her treatment. I felt this was unprofessional and not the supportive attitude a new client should receive. We had also discussed a possible Botox top-up for a gummy smile. Later, I informed her I did not wish to proceed. At that point, she suggested massaging my lip filler to help with two small lumps I had noticed, explaining that a massage could help dissolve them. We never discussed injections for this issue. However, when an urgent personal matter arose and I told her I could not attend the same day, she claimed she had already prepared a dissolving solution for my lumps — without my consent or prior agreement to any injection treatment. She insisted I come in that day, which I found very concerning. In my opinion, preparing an injectable solution without a client’s explicit consent is not only unprofessional, but also raises serious ethical and safety concerns. As a client, I believe consent, clear communication, and respect for personal circumstances are essential. My experience left me feeling pressured, misunderstood, and disappointed, and I hope sharing this review will help others make an informed choice.
