    Smooth process from booking my appointment to having my appointment. Vanessa is quick to respond and sent me the relevant form to complete ahead of the dermaplaning. At my appointment I felt relaxed in clean surroundings, Vanessa is very professional and did a great job in making me feel welcome and relaxed, I left with fresh feeling and smooth skin!
