I had slight pain on the area tested for 2 days, otherwise I have been fine

The venue was not what I expected, a unit in an old mill - to be honest I perhaps should have left at this point! The therapist was young and inexperienced and lacked the ability to make me feel at ease and give me confidence in the treatment I had booked and paid for. She was overweight with terrible skin which again did not give the most encouraging impression of the service I had booked. She advised that she had recently had the treatment herself but the results 'weren't great' as she 'didn't really follow the aftercare'. She took photos of me pre treatment but had issues saving them to her tablet device so had to retake them. The equipment did not work as expected with only one of the 'paddles' in operation, which doubled my assigned appointment time as I had to have the 4 areas worked on individually rather than 2 at a time. The therapist phoned her Dad to get advice but was not able to resolve the issue advising that he was going to come down and have a look for her - he didn't arrive during my time at the appointment. At one point when the faulty paddle was not suctioning to the treatment area and she decided to give up, she then turned off the working paddle which promptly fell off my arm and I caught it. It then had to be reattached. The room was hot and the therapist repeatedly complained that she was uncomfortable - highlighting an issue that I wasn't overly concerned about until she highlighted it. Another client arrived for their appointment and the therapist left me in the room alone, attached to the machine while she went to advise his appointment would be late as my appointment was overrunning. I had to ask about any necessary aftercare and ask again when the said information that she sent did not arrive as expected. Overall not the best experience. As for results... not sure I am actually seeing any improvement 3 weeks after my appointment. Would I recommend the clinic to anyone else - probably not.
