My experience with Luvyah Cosmetics has unfortunately been very negative. I purchased a voucher for three microneedling sessions, but I was only able to use two. While booking the first appointment was relatively easy, arranging the following sessions became almost impossible.
The gaps between appointments were so long that the entire microneedling treatment lost its purpose, as the results cannot be maintained with such delays. Each time I asked for the next available weekend date, the communication simply stopped. I never expected to be seen immediately, but providing any upcoming weekend slot should not be difficult — especially since I clearly stated I was willing to wait. Despite three separate requests, I received no reply.
I rarely write reviews, but in this case I feel other clients should be aware of my experience — unless I am the only unlucky one. I work in private healthcare, and treating clients the way I was treated at Luvyah would be unthinkable in a professional setting.
I definitely do not recommend this place.
