Really enjoyed my facial with Lauren! It was my first so didnt really know what i wanted or what to expect but she went through everything with me before and explained the different options she offers. Was very relaxing and my skin was glowing leaving. Cant wait to book in again

I had a bespoke facial with Lauren back in April. Before I arrived I had a consultation with Lauren to discuss my skin concerns and goals. Using my answers and listening to my experiences with my skin Lauren advised the best treatment for me at that time. During the treatment I felt very comfortable. Lauren went the extra mile to consider my comfort and needs during the treatment. Lauren is clearly knowledge about her field and provided me with advice to improve my current skin care routine and provided steps and products could benefit my skin further. After the treatment my skin felt healthier, glowing and less sensitive which is my main struggle with my skin. Lauren provided aftercare instructions verbally as well as in email. I would definitely recommend a treatment with Lauren.

So relaxing. I had a facial with no pressure to buy products or change skin care regime. Just time to unwind and enjoy the experience. Lauren is friendly and welcoming- I’m definitely returning.
