Lauren is fantastic at what she does. She explains everything and makes you feel comfortable. She goes above and beyond. I asked her to remove a wart on my forehead and she made me go to the GP to get it checked first. She could of just taken it off. The GP thinks it may be skin cancer and has made a referral. He said Lauren did the right thing as you don’t know what is going on underneath. Thanks Lauren you could literally be a life saver xx
