I had such a lovely experience. It was my first time and I honestly couldn't ask for better. She was so welcoming and kind, made me feel completely in ease from the moment I walked in. Explained me everything clearly and checked in through out the process. The results are amazing, my lashes look so lifted and natural. My eyebrows are exactly what I wanted even though I was so confused and couldn't point out how I'd like them to be at first (thank you for your patience and thank you so much for going above and beyond regarding the patch test). You can tell she really cares about her clients. So happy, love it.
