I am yet to see any results at 5 weeks in, however appreciate it may take some time (up to 12 weeks) so we will see. My lips actually seem a lot darker than they were before but again I will wait and trust the process but generally don’t think much will change. It feels like day 2 the colour literally all pealed off. Additionally when receiving a service I’m not sure it is correct procedure to ask customer to pay before a cosmetic service has even happened. Usually you would pay a deposit and thereafter pay the remainder once service complete. Ashleigh was a little late and location was a little odd but nonetheless she was a nice person. Thanks

I’m so happy I finally got my dark lip neutralisation done! From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable and looked after. Ashleigh explained everything so well, and the whole process was much easier than I expected.
I’ve been messaging Ashleigh non-stop with what feels like thousands of questions, both before and after my appointment, and she has always taken the time to reply and put my mind at ease. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I really appreciated how patient and supportive she was throughout.
