Lilys salon

I recently visited Lily's Salon for a Botox treatment and was left quite disappointed. On the day of the treatment the product hadn’t arrived and on my way to the salon i was asked if i could attend later, which i couldnt because i walked there. I did think these things happen so decided to wait. The treatment was done but hasnt worked and I was offered a follow up at the end of September, the next month. I was told no one could see me sooner because the owner was on leave and cover had family issues which again you try to be understanding of. I asked what would happen if i needed urgent attention and was told something could be arranged. I sent photos and videos of the results and received no response. When i was finally offered an appointment I felt guilt tripped by being told i was being seen on the last day owner could do before her childs operation. I am very sorry that the child is unwell. However, this felt like I was in the wrong for asking for a follow up. I have previously been to Lilys salon for hair and had no issues but now sadly wont return due to this experience. £140 spent and then having to pay someone else to do the treatment properly because it didnt work at Lilys and I was offered no help or apology save for when I pushed. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. do not go here for anti wrinkle or botox.

I recently had a fabulous hair tint treatment at Lilys Salon! The staff were professional and listened to my preferences. The end result was exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be returning for more services in the future. Highly recommend!
