She is such a lovely, friendly person and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt confident and relaxed throughout the whole appointment. I had previously had my eyebrows done elsewhere and wasn’t particularly happy with the results, so I was quite nervous. However, she listened carefully to what I wanted and the end result is absolutely perfect. I am genuinely so pleased with my brows – they look natural, beautifully shaped, and exactly what I had hoped for.
