Quality of gel manicure was poor, they chipped within days of being done. I was given opportunity to go in for repair but as I am not local this wasn’t feasible, which I explained to salon, no other gesture of goodwill was offered.
I was given the impression that the chipping was my fault as I hadn’t looked after them and they felt they’d done an excellent job despite me expressing how disappointed I was with the finish.
